I must have watched Life of Brian about as many times as he wrote "Romans go home" on the palace walls. This movie brings out the best of the Monty Python crew as they make fun of everything from the Romans, to the over organized anti-Roman terrorist groups, to Caesar and his great friend from Rome, Biggus Dickus and of course, the church. This movie is a riot from beginning to end, but obviously not necessarily politically correct. If you take it as a light hearted comedy, you will be very entertained, if you take it to seriously, it could offend you almost as greatly. The DVD was not 16x9 enhanced and had only a Dolby Stereo soundtrack. There were no extras. Overall, not quite as slapstick as Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but much better than The Meaning of Life.
