This one got mixed reviews, but I thought I would check it out anyway. I wasnt expecting much and what I got was almost a Hitchcockian thriller with a weak final plot (once you put the pieces together, it is kind of lame). The ending had a nice not so perfect feel, instead of forcing a neat and tidy wrap up that just couldnt work out that good like many movies do. The camera work is very cool with some really great shots (Brian De Palma was the director so this isnt such a surprise). De Plama is known for his good ideas and good direction but weak endings like Mission Impossible and Raising Cain. But with Scarface under his belt, he is still a hero in my book. The DVD does have an ok DD 5.1 track but isnt anamorphic and no special features so it isnt worth much more than a rental, but for an ok movie, go ahead and spend the $3.
